TV Parser is a premium media player and library organization app for users with valid provider credentials or authorized playlist access. The App operates strictly as a local software client to parse, format, organize, and play user-supplied media URLs, EPG data, and streaming endpoints. The Site provides device setup support, plan management, and troubleshooting assistance.
2. User Responsibilities & Content Access
- User-Provided Content: TV Parser does not provide, host, sell, lease, transmit, or license any media content, streams, channels, playlists, or subscriptions.
- Authorized Access: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have valid, authorized provider credentials or authorized playlist files.
- Intellectual Property Compliance: You agree not to use this App to stream, download, or view copyrighted material unless you have obtained the necessary legal rights or authorization from the copyright holder. TV Parser does not endorse or condone unauthorized streaming of copyrighted material.
3. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- As-Is Service: The App and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
- Third-Party Provider Errors: TV Parser is not responsible for stream interruptions, database outages, account cancellations, or failures caused by your third-party IPTV provider.
- Limitation of Liability: In no event shall TV Parser, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App, or your access to unauthorized content.
4. Terminations & Misuse
TV Parser reserves the right to terminate access to setup, support, and services for misuse, fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or unlawful conduct.
