At TV Parser, we want you to be fully satisfied with the setup, support, and account plan services you purchase from us.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full 7-day refund guarantee on all first-time TV Parser Access plans if our support team is unable to help you successfully configure and run the TV Parser app on your authorized device.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To request a refund, please contact support within 7 days of your purchase. Refund requests must meet the following criteria:
- You have contacted our support team at least once to resolve setup/connection issues.
- Your connection diagnostic test logs show technical conflicts that prevent local app operations.
- The refund request is initiated within 7 calendar days of payment completion.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Any request made after 7 days from the purchase date.
- Outages, stream changes, or content removals caused directly by your third-party IPTV service provider. TV Parser is a player and does not provide or control the media streams.
- Misuse of the service, fraud, chargeback abuse, or violations of our Terms of Use.
